Karen Conlan, founder of  Ktopia Home is a  full service Interior Designer with over twenty-five years of experience. Karen’s portfolio includes new construction, kitchen and bath renovations, and many room updates. Her clients span the Midsouth, Florida as well as, New York and Rhode Island.

When assessing a project, Karen takes into consideration the items her clients cannot live without, and incorporates those pieces to create a fresh look to any room through the use of paint, textiles, lighting and artwork.  Karen's ability to manage multiple projects, prepare budgets, source furnishings and meet deadlines are the many reasons her clients hire her.  Karen also attends Atlanta Design Market every Spring and Fall to keep up to date on the latest styles.

Karen resides in Tennessee with her husband. She is known for her warm smile, enthusiastic personality, and NY accent and her work has been published in Tour Collierville Magazine.
